Once you have decided that you no longer require the service (maybe because you have already found what you were looking for), follow these simple be2 cancellation steps:
- Log onto your account
- Go to your ‘settings’ tab
- Find the Premium Membership section
- Click on the blue link that says: ‘here to continue’. 
- Then press these buttons on each subsequent page you navigate to:
 ‘here for more information’ > ‘Premium Membership and payment’ >’Payment’ >
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and press 'ending your Premium Membership' > ‘Continue’.

Answer a couple of questions about why you want to cancel be2 and you’re done. – You will be asked to fill out your name and details and fax the form back to us.

be2 cancellation: How to cancel by fax

You can also cancel directly by fax. For this you need to write out your full name, address, user id, username and, most importantly, the e-mail address you used to register, along with a note requesting be2 cancellation.

Please write this out in large block capitals using black ink. Many faxes we receive are illegible and this can cause substantial delays or in the worst cases we are unable to process the requests.
